Im Cecilia ( She/They), and I'm a fourth-year anthropology and geography major with a concentration/minor in biology! In Spring of 2022 I was able to study abroad in Peru. It was an amazing experience where I was able to learn a lot about Peru's past as well as the different cultures within Peru. Studying abroad was one of the best experiences I've ever had, not only did I learn things about Peru but also about myself. Studying abroad is so much more than just learning somewhere else and I hope I can help you find the right program to!
Emma	Major: Business Administration Minor: Religious Studies Study Abroad Program: Semester at Sea - Fall 2022 Email: studyabroad@calpoly.edu My name is Emma and I am a fourth year business major concentrating in management and human resources. I also have a biology minor and a religious studies minor. I studied abroad on the 130th voyage of Semester at Sea in Fall 2022 and had the opportunity to visit 11 countries across 3 continents while taking classes on the MV World Odyssey. Not only that, but I made lifelong friendships with people from all over the world. Erin	Major: Business Administration Minor: Sustainable Environments Study Abroad Program: Cal Poly Exchange with Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, Munich Germany - Spring 2023 Email: studyabroad@calpoly.edu Hello everyone! I'm Erin (she/her), and I am a fourth-year Business Major with a Minor in Sustainable Environments. I spent spring 2023 embarking on Cal Poly’s exchange program at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Germany. Through my study abroad experience I learned about and experienced many new cultures and people, traveled the world, and enhanced my academic journey in a unique and amazing way. Studying abroad is truly a once and in a lifetime adventure and I cannot wait to help you all with your own journey.
Lauren	Major: Industrial Engineering Study Abroad Program: CEA CAPA Prague, Czech Republic - Fall 2022 Email: studyabroad@calpoly.edu Hey! My name is Lauren (she/her), and I am a forth-year Industrial Engineering Student. I had the opportunity to study abroad during the fall of my junior year with CEA CAPA in Prague, Czech Republic! I fell in love with Prague and had the best time exploring with my friends and learning about the culture through my classes. I also traveled around Europe and made unforgettable memories with amazing people. Studying abroad is such an exciting step to take and I can't wait to support you as you get out of your comfort zone, gain new perspectives, and explore the world!

My name is Mari Shinozaki and I am a fourth year Political Science major from Southern California. I studied abroad with CSUIP Japan at Waseda University for the entire 2022-23 school year. My year abroad was filled with so many new adventures and experiences that have offered me new perspectives on life and shaped me into a better version of myself. Sofia	Major: Industrial Technology and Packaging Minor: Sociology Study Abroad Program: CIEE Open Campus Blocks, Singapore & Italy - Fall 2022 Email: studyabroad@calpoly.edu Hello! I am Sofia Rogel, a fourth-year ITP student from Chicago. During fall of 2022, I spent six weeks studying in Singapore followed by another six in Rome. My explorations encompassed eight nations, including Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, the UAE, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands, alongside getting to know each of my home countries. Through my experience abroad, I had the opportunity to not only roam the globe, but I also got to meet myself and explore who I want to become in this world. I cannot wait to guide you in your venture abroad, the whole world is out there waiting for you!

Hi everyone! My name is Samantha and I am a second-year graduate student. I received my B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies with a Minor in Gerontology from Colorado State University. I have always been interested in how and why we are the way we are. This has fueled my passion to travel and learn about other cultures and their values. My study abroad experience forced me out of my comfort zone (in the best way possible) and allowed me to gain independence and confidence. A fun fact is that I have been to more countries than I have U.S. states, thanks to my time abroad. This is a picture of me in 2018 highlighting Basilica di Santa Croce from the top of the Duomo di Firenze, I lived on the same street as this beautiful and historical church.
