The Extended Education Program Fee includes:

--Institutional fees

Additional expenses not included in the Extended Education Program fee:
--Travel to and from San Francisco, California
--Textbooks and supplies
--Housing
--Meals
--Personal expenses

Please note: 
The program fee is non-refundable. In the event of program withdrawal fees will not be reversed and you are responsible for all charges posted.

If you elect to pay with credit card, a 2.75% convenience fee will be assessed. This fee is non-refundable (even in the event of program withdrawal or cancellation). This convenience fee can be avoided by paying with cash or a check. Fees not paid by the due date will be assessed a $25.00 fee. If your enrollment is canceled for non-payment, a $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for re-enrollment. Cal Poly Extended Education reserves the right to cancel this program due to security, health, academic quality, or operational concerns at any time.

Total Estimated Costs:
The total costs for the Program are projected to be approximately $17,850 per student for the Winter and Spring Quarters, which includes program fees, estimated transportation costs, estimated books and supplies, estimated field trips/event admissions, estimated room and board, and estimated incidentals.
